Caring for People Living with Dementia
Our Design HOPES colleagues Prof Paul Rodgers, Dr Neslihan Tepehan, Andrew Robinson and Dr Ross Brisco have recently published this new scoping research report, making a number of recommendations for design-led research in the field of dementia care. It represents an intersection of care, design research, people and planet, and was commissioned by the Arts and Humanities Research Council to inform their mission of supporting national dementia care goals. As such, it is an important overview of dementia care ecosystems at present and an indicator of the ways design-led research can help support broader social/care goals and answer pressing societal challenges.
The report was beautifully designed by Keith Dodds with illustrations by Silje Eirin Aure.
