As part of our Making Compression Work project, we are working with Talk Lipoedema and Advanced Clothing Solutions to trial a new compression garment reuse service for people with lipoedema.

The project responds to concerns raised by people with lipoedema about the number of compression garments left unused when they do not fit or are no longer needed. We are now collecting good-quality, unwanted ready-made compression garments to be professionally cleaned, checked and made available to others.

The aim is to reduce textile waste, avoid unnecessary costs and make compression more affordable and accessible.
