Supporting a green and just transition for NHS Scotland

Green Futures Storytelling on Substack

Green Futures Storytelling Workshop

As part of the Design HOPES project we have organised a Community of Practice with two working groups – ‘Design Policy Interface’ and ‘Green Futures Storytelling’.

The purpose of this Community of Practice (CoP) is to foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and best practices among professionals, organisations, communities, and individuals dedicated to promoting sustainability within NHS Scotland and the wider health and social care sector. The CoP aims to enhance understanding, develop innovative solutions, and implement sustainable practices in NHS Scotland.

There are many examples of good practice across health and social care that supports the green transition, however these examples and stories are often under- narrated. There are also imbalances in who is telling the story linking to challenges around power and representation of seldom heard voices. The Green Futures Storytelling working group aims to address this and other challenges.
