Muhammad Ahmed Saeed is a user researcher and Research Assistant at Abertay University, developing the serious game Flow to visualise NHS patient journeys. With an engineering background, he holds a PhD from the University of Surrey on visual needs in remote interpreting. His interests include HCI, UX, IoT, automation, and participatory design in healthcare systems.

A collaborative project, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council, as part of the Future Observatory programme, and led by the University of Strathclyde and University of Dundee (DJCAD), with Heriot-Watt University, Abertay University, and the University of Edinburgh, NHS Scotland, industry partners, and public sector stakeholders.
