Alyson is a full-time consultant paediatric anaesthetist with a passion for using design to improve the experiences of patients, families and staff. She drove the transformation of Glasgow Children’s Hospital’s operating theatres. Alyson teaches design methods to healthcare professionals in the UK and Norway. She believes that design and creativity have firm places in healthcare improvement.
