Andrew Robinson

Research Assistant

Andrew Robinson is a Research Assistant at the department of Design Manufacturing and Engineering Management at the University of Strathclyde, with a particular interest in sustainable product development. Andrew has recently graduated from the University of Strathclyde, with an MEng in Sports Design Engineering.

Within DesignHOPES, Andrew has helped bring the Mosaic Landscapes project to life with his design engineering expertise, contributing within the communities theme and more, as well as being involved in the research and development of sustainable healthcare equipment.

Design HOPES is a collaborative design-led research initiative, comprising five Scottish Universities (University of Strathclyde, University of Dundee, Heriot Watt University, Abertay University, and the University of Edinburgh), NHS Scotland, the third sector, and design organisations.

This project is funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) as part of the Future Observatory GTE Hub Programme at the Design Museum.
