Jack Fletcher is the Design Innovation Lead for the University of Dundee’s Design HOPES project. With a background in Product Design through his undergraduate and master’s studies, he brings expertise in design thinking, facilitation, and research. His work focuses on creating impactful changes to support a more sustainable and environmentally friendly healthcare system within NHS Scotland.
