Impact Assistant Phase 2

Jennifer Law is an Impact Assistant at the University of Strathclyde currently contributing to the Home Health 2 Patient Health project, bringing a strong background and interest in human-centred design and strategic health interventions.

As a BSc Hons Product Design and Innovation graduate from Strathclyde, she specialises in developing practical, user-focused solutions that bridge the gap between design and healthcare. Within DesignHOPES, Jenn has co-created the Home Health Toolkit, aiding healthcare professionals in navigating patient consultations surrounding housing as a social determinant of health.

Home Health to Patient Health

Co-design and trial a new healthcare protocol to support identification of housing determinants of health in primary healthcare

Design HOPES is a collaborative design-led research initiative, comprising five Scottish Universities (University of Strathclyde, University of Dundee, Heriot Watt University, Abertay University, and the University of Edinburgh), NHS Scotland, the third sector, and design organisations.

This project is funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) as part of the Future Observatory GTE Hub Programme at the Design Museum [grant number AH/Y00373X/1].
