Madeleine has worked in strategic research management for over 20 years, predominantly in developing large-scale funding proposals with a focus on socially progressive research. In Design HOPES, she leads the professional services functions and supports the co-Directors on matters of compliance, governance, decision-making and general smooth-running of the project.
