Niki Taylor is an educator, designer and fashion activist in regenerative textiles and fashion.

She co-founded Fashion Revolution Scotland in 2014 and currently teaches at Edinburgh College of Art and the Edinburgh Futures Institute. She runs The Top Project, a sustainable fashion design consultancy, facilitating creative community workshops that bring people together, to educate and activate on positive change.

Hospital Scrubs

Improving hospital scrubs through design interventions to enhance staff comfort and dignity

Design HOPES is a collaborative design-led research initiative, comprising five Scottish Universities (University of Strathclyde, University of Dundee, Heriot Watt University, Abertay University, and the University of Edinburgh), NHS Scotland, the third sector, and design organisations.

This project is funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) as part of the Future Observatory GTE Hub Programme at the Design Museum.
