Sam is a resident doctor and Clinical Teaching Fellow with NHS Tayside’s Healthcare Improvement Team. He is passionate about planetary and global health, and embedding sustainability into everyday clinical care. He supervises quality improvement projects in collaboration with University of Dundee medical students, focusing on meaningful change that benefits patients, the NHS, and the environment.

A collaborative project, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council, as part of the Future Observatory programme, and led by the University of Strathclyde and University of Dundee (DJCAD), with Heriot-Watt University, Abertay University, and the University of Edinburgh, NHS Scotland, industry partners, and public sector stakeholders.
