Phase 2

Sebastian is a service designer and design researcher with 8 years of experience in healthcare in the public and private sectors.

His background is in psychology (behavioural science), global health and design. He currently leads the service design practice for the newly released MyCare.scot in NHS Education Scotland and is a PhD researcher at the University of Strathclyde looking at how climate risks might impact welfare systems in the future.

He advocates for intentional public services and the power of speculative design to create new systems of thinking for society.

This project is funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) as part of the Future Observatory GTE Hub Programme at the Design Museum [grant number AH/Y00373X/1].
