Reader of Strategic Management in Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Innovation, Strathclyde Business School, University of Strathclyde.

Bio: Dr Efstathios (Stathis) Tapinos research focuses on the Strategy Process and Practice. He specialises on the impact of uncertainty on strategy making; foresight; scenario planning and sensemaking. Stathis is involved in numerous Research and Knowledge Exchange projects using scenario planning as a research method.

Future Forecasts: Scenario Planning for Travel

Reducing the environmental impact of NHS Scotland’s travel by enhancing vehicle fleet efficiency, promoting vehicle recycling, and increasing active travel infrastructure to support sustainable healthcare transport

A collaborative project, funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council, as part of the Future Observatory programme, and led by the University of Strathclyde and University of Dundee (DJCAD), with Heriot-Watt University, Abertay University, and the University of Edinburgh, NHS Scotland, industry partners, and public sector stakeholders.
